Getting started

  1. Add an estimate with a customer name, service, price, and next follow-up date.
  2. Sign in with ChatGPT to save a cloud workspace. Guest records stay on this device. Copy them to cloud explicitly after signing in.
  3. Use “Draft email” on an open estimate. Review the subject and message.
  4. In the scheduled follow-up panel, choose a time in your device’s timezone and confirm this is an existing estimate conversation.
  5. In simulation mode, select “Run due simulations” after the scheduled time. A “simulated” status means no email was sent.
  6. Pause or cancel queued emails. “Stop contact” also blocks new schedules to that address from your workspace.

Current availability

Live sending and checkout remain disabled until the provider accounts and delivery runner are configured and verified. This version schedules one approved email at a time; it does not create a recurring sequence.

When live sending is enabled

Replies arrive in the activity feed through the receiving provider and pause pending follow-ups. Reply from your email app to the customer. Plain-text reply previews are shown; attachments are not processed. Bounces, complaints, and unsubscribe requests stop pending messages. A message already in flight may still arrive after a stop request.

Billing

Checkout and cancellation use the payment provider’s hosted pages. A successful browser redirect alone does not unlock paid features; confirmed subscription state does. Past-due or canceled subscriptions pause future live sends.

Written support

Use the signed-in support page for questions and problems; conversations and replies stay in the app. Check back for replies because email notifications are not enabled. Avoid sharing sensitive customer details. A dedicated support address and response-time commitment have not been established.
