Data and privacy

Updated October 8, 2026. LeadLoop is an early test product. Live email and checkout remain disabled pending provider setup and verification.

What is stored

Guest estimates stay in your browser. Signing in uses ChatGPT authentication. Cloud workspaces store your site-specific user ID, estimates, customer names and optional email addresses, estimate values, status, follow-up counts and dates. Feedback stores your user ID, business type, message, stated price interest and submission time. Written support stores your site-specific account ID, conversation subject/status, messages, author roles and timestamps; the site owner can read and reply to those conversations. Scheduling stores approved drafts, recipient, schedule time, processing status, attempts, provider IDs and delivery/reply activity. Sender settings store your business name and postal address. When configured, billing stores payment-provider customer/subscription IDs and subscription status; card details stay with the payment provider.

How data is used

Data supports your saved workspace and helps evaluate this prototype. Simulation never sends messages. When live delivery is enabled and you explicitly schedule a live email, approved drafts and contact details are sent to the email provider. The receiving provider processes replies and reports delivery, bounce, complaint and unsubscribe events. No advertising trackers or marketing mailing list are enabled. Hosting, authentication, email and payment providers process requests for the corresponding features; Google Fonts receives requests for fonts. Feedback is available to the site operator, so avoid including sensitive information.

Your controls

Export your estimates from the workspace. Delete saved cloud estimates, schedules, sender details, reply previews, contact stop preferences, support conversations and feedback through the “Delete cloud data” control. Billing references remain so you can manage an existing subscription; deleting workspace data does not cancel billing. Guest data can be removed with “Clear device data” or browser settings. Deletion from the active database does not promise immediate removal from hosting backups or provider logs. Do not enter sensitive customer information during testing.

Availability

The prototype has no guaranteed uptime or retention period. Keep your own exports. Cloud access requires ChatGPT sign-in. A dedicated support channel and final business policies are still being prepared; the in-app written support page is available while signed in; replies are shown there rather than sent by email.
